1. Information you share voluntarily
When you contact us by phone, email, or through the reservation request prepared in your email application, you may share your name, phone number, email address, reservation date, time, party size, and any notes you choose to include.
We use this information only to respond to your request, organise your reservation, and communicate directly about your restaurant experience.
2. Technical data
Like any public website, the hosting infrastructure may temporarily process technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and access logs needed for security, delivery, and diagnostics.
This site does not use that information for commercial profiling, and any technical processing is handled according to the policies of the providers involved in serving the pages.
3. Cookies and local storage
The website stores your language preference so it can remember whether you prefer Romanian or English. It uses the local keys velandi-lang and velandi-lang-auto, together with a language cookie, to prevent repeated redirects and load the correct route.
You can remove this data at any time from your browser settings. Removing it will not block access to the site; it will only reset the language preference.
4. External services
The website may open external services such as Google Maps, your email application, your phone dialer, or Velandi social profiles. Once you open those services, data processing is governed by the policies of the relevant platforms.
We recommend reviewing the policies of Google, Meta, TikTok, and your email provider for more detail about their handling of data.
